We focus on regions that matter to the Ummah, and there we build strong local teams and relationships based on trust.<\/p>\n<h2>Fewer regions, for longer<\/h2>\n<p>In Syria, our field teams work in eight separate areas across Aleppo, Idlib, Hama and Damascus. In Gaza, we run food, water, shelter and orphan sponsorship programmes. Afghanistan is the third country where we work.<\/p>\n<h2>What is ihsan?<\/h2>\n<p>Ihsan means striving to do our work in the best possible way.
