As the Human Development, Guidance and Justice Association, we are committed to respecting the rights of our donors and to offering a transparent and trustworthy giving process. In the humanitarian aid and development projects we carry out with our donors\u2019 contributions, we consider it our duty to uphold the following rights:<\/p>\n

1. Right to Be Informed<\/h3>\n

You have the right to know in which projects, and how, your donations are used.<\/p>\n

You can receive accurate and up-to-date information about our association\u2019s mission, vision and areas of activity.<\/p>\n

You can be confident that your donations are spent in line with their purpose.<\/p>\n

2. Transparency and Accountability<\/h3>\n

Our financial reports, activity reports and project results are shared regularly.<\/p>\n

All your donations are recorded and reported in accordance with the relevant regulations.<\/p>\n

3. Respect and Confidentiality<\/h3>\n

Your donor information is protected under our confidentiality principle and is not shared with third parties.<\/p>\n

Support is provided for any questions or issues you may encounter during the donation process.<\/p>\n

4. Right to Free Choice<\/h3>\n

The decision whether or not to donate is entirely yours, and you will never be put under any pressure.<\/p>\n

If you donate to a specific project, we ensure that your donation is used for that project.<\/p>\n

5. Right to Communication and Feedback<\/h3>\n

You can contact us with any question, request or feedback you may have.<\/p>\n

Your complaints are reviewed as quickly as possible and a solution is offered.<\/p>\n

6. Right to Recognition and Thanks<\/h3>\n

You will be thanked for your contributions and, if you wish, your name can appear on the list of those who support our projects.<\/p>\n

You have the right to donate anonymously if you prefer.<\/p>\n
